The area extends from Forres in the Northwest across to Peterhead in the East and down to Laurencekirk in the South. The framework agreement is for several works, which includes but not limited to Building repairs and maintenance, total overhaul and refurbishments, electrical works, mechanical works, external civils works, road repairs & maintenance roofing works, plumbing works, flooring, painting, and decorative works, building works, joinery works, and small scale jobbing works etc. All NHS Grampian properties/sites are situated in the Grampian region and for this framework, will be split into three geographical areas, Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray.
