Through the tender exercise the Council wishes to appoint a firm that meets both the quality and commercial requirements to deliver a good service to the Council in a cost-effective way that supports the Council's requirement for value for money. It is proposed there is one single contract covering all requirements as follows: - Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews & Letting of Council Telecom Masts.
