The term ‘Domiciliary Care’ is being used to describe care and support services delivered to an individual in their own home including 24-hr support services. It also includes delegated healthcare tasks that require oversight of a qualified nurse and end of life care.36 providers have been accredited onto the Any Qualified Provider (AQP) list for Lot 1 – Domiciliary Care and Support for Adults, and 10 providers have been accredited to Lot 2 – Domiciliary Care and Support for Children and Young People.Lot 1 supports domiciliary care services for Adults aged 18 and over with continuing healthcare needs and who have been assessed as eligible to receive continuing healthcare.
