The Civic Quarter comprises 3no. schemes including the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Guildhall as the main civic and office space for the Council, the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Corn Exchange and the implementation of an updated vision for the Market Square and surrounding public realm. Tender submissions will be invited on a two-stage design and build basis. The projects are at the start of RIBA stage 3 design, and the contractor will be expected to work with the Council and design team through to a planning submission via a Pre-Contract Services Agreement ahead of entering into a build contract following planning consent and listed building consent being granted. If you are interested in this opportunity, please confirm your interest via email/message through ProActis, providing the name and email address of your organisation's primary contact. We anticipate holding a supplier event in mid-January ahead of the tender launch, with further details to be shared in the New Year. ## CPV classification Construction work Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-04cc50-2024-12-20T15:59:15Z [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-04cc50-2024-12-20T15:59:15Z) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
