More details of the expected completion date of the project will be provided during the pre-start meeting with the successful supplier. ### SPECIFICATION 3.1. We are seeking to appoint one supplier for the design and supply detailed below: 3.1.1. Lot 1 - Joists Estimated Value £30,000 Easi-Joist metal web flooring system; actual sizes and centres of members to be determined by third party specialist; including all wall hangers, bracing, fixings and additional joists to support internal partitions and dead loads where required; to include galvanized mild steel lateral restraint straps over 3 no. joists (as per 'Working Drawing Specification & Details Sheet) required to provide 40dB sound insulation. 3.1.2. Lot 2 - Trusses Estimated Value £55,000 To be engineered and designed by manufacturer allowing for any additional dormers and flat roofs, Primary or structural timbers; Sawn Softwood Preservative Treated based off provided working drawings, allowing trussed rafter, joists, restraint straps, timber gutter bearers, ridges, bracings, and noggins where applicable.
