The anticipated works covered by this framework will encompass a wide range of construction projects, including, but not limited to, the renovation and refurbishment of existing commercial and industrial properties and the construction of new properties across Network Rail’s estate. The geographic coverage of the lots offered will align with Network Rail’s Regions.
