The ICT Support at the trust is provided by two current support and service providers, who broadly support the schools who belonged to the separate Trusts pre-merger. They both provide a mix of scheduled onsite visits, remote support and other supporting services. The companies identified from these shortlisting questions to receive the ITT for the Managed Service will then receive a detailed set of requirements to support all the schools in the newly formed Trust.
