This is due to a lack of qualified people available in the market and the competitive geographical environment as they are bordered by several large NHS Trusts. This has had a severe operational impact and consequently the remaining team do not have capacity to maintain the service provision. As a critical service, any risk to this provision would create significant disruption to Trust-wide operational activity and therefore it is imperative that any gap in the service is filled. Internal solutions have been exhausted so the Trust is now looking to an external supplier to bridge the gap in the requirement. ## CPV classification Human resources management consultancy services Services provided by medical personnel Company health services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-04a598-2024-10-03T16:03:43+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-04a598-2024-10-03T16:03:43+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
