Cheshire East Council are acting as the lead commissioner for this procurement. The contract duration is for an initial period of 5 years from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030 with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The new contract is anticipated to go live in April 2025, after a 3-month mobilisation period. TUPE is likely to apply and TUPE information is provided within the tender pack.
