The Council's ambition is that installers deliver retrofit measures across 3000 properties in the City of Birmingham per annum. Neither the Council nor households shall provide any funding towards the retrofit measures. The installers are required to deliver the retrofit improvement measures and apply for funding to the relevant organisations / body.
