(SHET) are seeking an optimisation, auditing and analysis tool for project plans. This will support our large capital project portfolio with data-driven insight and risk modelling on project plans, helping project managers identify, analyse and mitigate risks that could impact project schedules. Our programmes contain thousands of activities and relationships, which change with some regularity and the current methods of analysis are inefficient, time consuming and prone to error due to the manual effort involved. Areas such as schedule risk, mitigation, delay analysis, forecast and schedule changes are difficult to show visually and present in an easily understandable format.
