We have already expanded our in-house residential provision substantially, and are now seeking to engage with organisations that possess the expertise and capability to assist in the delivery of additional homes. The envisioned scope includes the establishment of a range of residential children's homes across Cardiff for Cardiff children. These homes will cater to the diverse needs of children and young people whilst providing them with safe, supportive, and nurturing environments. Cardiff Council acknowledges the importance of meeting the urgent demand.
