The Charity is seeking innovative responses to deliver Investment Services commensurate with the esponsibilities of NHS Charities. The contract will be for a period of 2 years commencing from 1st October 2019 with the Health Board option to extend for a maximum of a further two years. The Charity seeks to maximise the total return on funds held and the Charity seeks to adopt a conservative policy on risk and previously has adopted a flexible structure in respect of Asset Class Distribution. In terms of the current portfolio, the Local Health Board’s investments had a market value of GPB 6.2m as at March 2019 and the portfolio is broken down over various sectors as shown in the tender documents.
