The Targeted Adult Weight Management Service (the Service) will design and deliver a weight management intervention which specifically tailors itself one of two targeted groups: the South Asian population and men. The aim of the Service is to support adults (Service Users) with a BMI above twenty five to maintain a healthy weight and to provide them with the skills and knowledge needed to be healthier and achieve the goals they set.
