The Contract shall commence on the 1st October 2024 and shall run for an initial period of 6 months until the end of the financial year 2024/2025 (31st March). The Contract anniversary will then thereafter, commence on the 1st April annually and the remaining minimum term of the Contract will be 4 years (54 month term).
