Data is provided by automatic passenger counts (APC) directly from certain train fleet types as well as manual passenger count data from a variety of sources. It is envisaged that the Train Count Database will be hosted by the winning bidder and accessed via a web-based browser. The services are to be provided across the entire WMT network. Installation, maintenance, and testing are to be provided as part of this contract.
