ECH is specialist housing for adults with health and social care needs. The service requires a designated on-site team to deliver care and support services to all tenants living in ECH. As part of the re-commissioning plan, we want to ensure that the future service is meeting the needs of the people who are eligible for support, compliant with current legislation, fit for the future and delivers best value.
