RGU are seeking bids to provide a fully funded, design, build, operation and maintenance of a new heat source and network. This would also include entering into a long-term Heat Supply Agreement (HSA) for the supply of heat (inclusive of performance guarantees) for an anticipated period of no less than 24 years, and up to 30 years.
