The selected Supplier(s) will enter into a framework agreement to provide the Services to the Buyer(s) if and when required on a call-off basis in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of 2 years, with options to extend for two further periods of one year and one year (1year +1 year).
