For our Reablement and Integrated Crisis Response Service (ICRS) service. The current solution is to expire in March 2025, and it has become necessary to consolidate the solution from two separate solutions (Webroster and Access - both supplied by Access) into one which meets service needs and the growing ask on both the Reablement and ICRS team.
