The Trust has commissioned Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHFT) to deliver the service in Cheshire West and Chester since the start of the contract. NHS Cheshire and Merseyside have issued a Personal Dental Services Agreement Variation Notice to amend Clause 16, contract end date from 31st March 2024 to 31st March 2025.
