Reviews will be undertaken to a standard which is Care Act 2014 compliant. This may be the first opportunity to review a newly implemented package of support. Reviews must be undertaken to align with the Council’s ambition to support people to maximise their independence in their own homes, through an approach which builds on their strengths, and which identifies and utilises community support which is available in their locality. This procurement is conducted under the OPEN PROCEDURE.
