The current framework covers a wide range of financial advisory services including general finance, tax advisory, treasury management, financial analysis and real estate and strategic asset advisory and is accessible by other public bodies throughout England and Wales. The Hyde Group believes the extension does not amount to a material variation of the Framework for the purposes of Regulation 72(8), so is permissible.
