The Contract will be between the London Borough of Havering and the Provider as the responsible organisation for the overall management of the Contract for the Provision of Havering All-Age Autism services in the London Borough of Havering. The services under the Contract will focus on Early ### Help, Intervention and Prevention, to support Havering residents to live independent lives with or without reduced recourse, to more formal statutory support. The Council's prevention priorities are to reduce the number of crisis interventions and/ or long term ongoing support.
