The extension will be at the discretion of the Council and be dependent upon on quality, pricing, funding available and contractor performance. As such the Council does not guarantee any level of income to either Contractor as part of this contract. Parks Operations Sports Materials will be split across different lots with suppliers being able to bid for single or multiple lots.
