The selected Service Provider must operate as a not-for-profit organisation or be willing to commit to the following, - A commitment to converting to a not-for -profit model, in line with Welsh Government Eliminate Profit Programme, by the deadline of 2027. - A willingness to work towards transitioning the running and registration of the home by 2027 to the Local Authority The primary goal is to create a nurturing and secure environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological growth of the children in residence.
