The purpose of this specification is to enable High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council (working as a Strategic Alliance) to commission a service provider(s) to deliver an Employability and Skills programme as part of our UK Shared Prosperity Funding across both the Staffordshire Moorlands and High Peak local authority areas in 2024/25. The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) is a central pillar of the UK government's Levelling Up agenda and a significant component of its support for places across the UK. The objectives of the UKSPF are: - Boost productivity, pay, jobs and living standards by growing the private sector, especially in those places where they are lagging. - Spread opportunities and improve public services, especially in those places where they are weakest. - Restore a sense of community, local pride and belonging, especially in those places where they have been lost. - Empower local leaders and communities, especially in those places lacking local agency. ## CPV classification Education and training services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-044a1e-2024-03-18T22:40:27Z [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-044a1e-2024-03-18T22:40:27Z) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
