The B2G DPS operates alongside all B2G frameworks, whose 'dynamic open' format enable contract assignment of projects in whole or part to specialist suppliers registered on the B2G DPS, who then contract with the authority and deliver those elements under the auspices of the framework supplier, and compliant with the specification, standards and regulations set out in the framework documents. This facility optimises project procurement, delivery, risk management and control. To this end, roofing projects and or programmes can be awarded to the framework supplier - all of whom are pitched roofing contractors - to deliver the roofing works and oversee the roofing programme, whilst the solar elements can be assigned to the RE tech specialist registered on the B2G DPS, who is better to suited to manage those solar PV elements from design through network connection.
