Each block varies from 3 to 5 stories high and accommodates 50 residential units and will be vacant at the time the works are undertaken. The site is currently under full investigation and survey work to all blocks including MEP service audits. Following completion of this phase a remediation strategy, budget, procurement and programme options will be developed to remediate all blocks.
