Lot 1 predominantly incorporates street sweepings waste arising from Belfast City Council with an estimated annual tonnage of 3,500 tonnes. Lot 2 predominantly incorporates street sweeping waste from Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council and Mid and East Antrim Borough Council with an estimated annual tonnage of 6,000 tonnes.
