These staff will supplement an in-house team of substantive cleaners and will work alongside them to ensure the residential accommodation is turned around from student accommodation to hotel standard rooms and shared spaces. The successful recruitment agency shall supply, induct and manage their candidates and all costs are deemed to be within these tender documents. The recruitment agency's staff shall be competent to undertake the necessary tasks relating to this contract.
