The ASC Preventative Front Door is key to supporting Lambeth residents to stay well for longer by being directed to the support most appropriate for them. The Council is seeking a provider that has a track record of: - Delivering front-line services and person-centered support - Managing mobilisation processes and the transfer of staff (TUPE) - Financial sustainability - Developing strong partnerships and local knowledge - Supporting diverse communities - Using service user feedback to inform service development.
