The initial intention is to seek preliminary market engagement only; this will not form part of the formal Procurement process; it is not compulsory and no other responses or information is required at this stage. Formal advertisement of the opportunity will be through the ‘Find a Tender’ and ‘Contracts-Finder’ portals. It will be necessary to register with the FCDO e-Procurement Portal ‘Jaggaer Advantage’. Full project /procurement details are anticipated to be available in week commencing 12 February 2024. The ‘SQ/PQQ Process’ is anticipated to run from 13 February – 13 March 2024, with the ‘Restricted ITT Stage’ in April 2024.
