Proposed accommodation shall be whole units (houses) to be used exclusively for the Council. The proposed units shall be located within 15 miles of central Sheffield. The contract start date advised is the anticipated effective from date; the action contract start date will depend on the availability of the unit and the date the first service user is placed.
