The property to be serviced within this contract is under the ownership and/or management of The Council. All property is located within the boundaries of the City of Lincoln. \\r ### The scope of works will include:\\r - The supply only of certified timber fire door sets including solid doors and partially glazed doors\\r - The supply and fit of certified timber fire door sets including solid doors and partially glazed doors\\r - The supply of a full range of spare parts for the above doors\\r The Contract will be let for an initial period of 3 years intended to commence on 1st July 2024 with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 2 years up to a maximum contract period of 7 years.
