As advertised within the previous Find a Tender Opportunity Advert (notice number 2023/S 000-037030), the Services to which this procurement relates above threshold of the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR 2015) (as amended The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020). This procurement commenced before the 01st January 2024 and therefore the Health and Care Act 2022 and the new regime. For absolute clarity, the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) does not apply to this specific contract award for this "Round 1" of the PDPS Framework.
