On some occasions the right resource is not always available at the right time and as such NGN need to look elsewhere to locate certain specialists. This notice relates to NGN's ongoing relationship with a provider of commercial specialists. NGN has been engaging with this organisation over the past two years on an ad hoc basis and with the contract just awarded for the services of an additional individual, the spend thus far is circa £500K which is above the procurement threshold.
