The service will be a top up service to supplement the Council's own small plant in times of high workload, provide cover for breakdown and to supply infrequently used equipment.\\r \\r All plant must meet the appropriate requirements of the Specification and the rates submitted in the Pricing Schedule must be inclusive of delivery and travel time to the local depot or to site (unless otherwise indicated in the pricing schedule) and should include for all reasonable associated equipment such as trailers, dust suppressors, etc.\\r \\r The framework will be council wide and a maximum of 3 suppliers will be appointed.
