The sector has played a crucial role in the Kingston Covid response and continued funding of local Voluntary Community Sector organisations is an important part of ensuring the Council has an effective approach to early help and prevention. These proposals build on learning from the Covid response, the priorities of the Communities Taskforce, the recommendations from Seizing the Moment, and sector best practice. The service priorities, specification requirements and monitoring approach have been co-designed with the sector.\\r \\r A phased approach to the commissioning process has been adopted, with some contracts falling into Phase 1, 2 and 3, and others into further phases during 2024.\\r \\r ### The following contracts are included in Phase 3:\\r - Lot 4a - Provision of Core Information, Advice and Guidance\\r - Lot 4b - Provision of Core Information Advice and Support for Older People\\r - Lot 4e - Specialist IAG Services Relating to the delivery of the Warm Homes, Better Health, Home Visiting Scheme\\r - Lot 5a - Provision of Adult Social Care Transport\\r - Lot 5b - Older People Prevention and Community Support\\r - Lot 5c - Respite Services\\r - Lot 10a - Specialist IAG and Services to Support the Single Homeless Pathway\\r \\r This procurement process is in relation to Phase 3 only.\\r \\r There are seven (7) proposed commissioning themes.
