The service is based on Grade 4 of the Wayfinder model providing graded support in accommodation (in a building provided by East Lothian Council) on a 24 hour basis 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The duration of the Service provision for individual Supported Persons is dependent on individual needs and achievement of personal outcomes.
