Lincolnshire County Council is the statutory Waste Collection Authority in Lincolnshire. The Council operates eleven Household Waste Recycling Centres in Lincoln, Market Rasen; Gainsborough, Louth, Tattershall, Skegness, Boston, Spalding, Sleaford, Grantham and Bourne. The Contract is for the transportation of material from the HWRCs to disposal point sites. The Supplier shall tip the material at the disposal site, then transport the empty container to the HWRC or a separate Drop-Off Point. This Contract will be Lotted as follows; - Lot 1 Great Northern Terrace, Lincoln, Market Rasen and Gainsborough; - Lot 2 Louth , Tattershall and Skegness; - Lot 3 Boston and Spalding; - Lot 4 Sleaford, Grantham and Bourne.
