Project works are primarily delivered by the Universities campus development team, these projects generally comprise of a wide range of small to medium scale, construction extension and refurbishment works. Sub-contracting to the Main contractor would be supporting MEP contractors to carry out MEP installations associated with this type of project work. Refurbishments and Planned Maintenance (Academic Projects) Remodelling existing building layouts, upgrading Labs/Lecture Theatres and general spaces throughout the University. Approved via Individual business cases and University budgets. Residential Refurbishment Planned Maintenance Programme (PMP) General Refurbishment of the University’s residential buildings. Residences Fire Strategy Planned Maintenance Programme (FSPMP) Fire strategy works in Residences buildings including fire alarms, fire doors and compartmentation. - Lot 1Main Contractor 200k - 1.5m (Incl.
