The GMS contract commenced on 1st February 2024 with an annual net value (Contract Global Sum minus Out of Hours opt out sum) of £897,118 and will have a duration that is in perpetuity (no defined end date). On 14th September 2023, the Authority published a Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency Notice (VEAT) (Reference 2023/S 000-027206) to inform the market of its intention to award a contract to H&B PCN. The Authority applied a voluntary 10-day standstill period with no challenge received.
