The contract is for the provision of kitchen, bath/ shower room, WC replacements and associated works \[refer addresses at Appendix C\] for the initial period to 31st March 2024, with options to extend the contract solely at the Employer’s discretion on an annual basis thereafter to 31st March 2029. A comprehensive itemised description of the contract requirements and addresses is contained within this Specification of Works.
