Bidders seeking to join the Framework at this 'break point' opportunity, will as a minimum, be required to meet all of the qualifying criteria as laid out in the tender documentation and will be strictly limited to providing services under Option 2 of the SDS Act, where Service Users or their Proxies only, will be able to choose those Providers awarded; using a non-ranked alphabetical list created for this purpose.
