HCC and other Contracting Authorities will have access to a carefully selected group of providers on the framework who will have been assessed during the procurement process for their financial stability, experience, technical and professional ability. The overriding objectives of the Framework Agreement are: - provide value for money, - consistent quality of service and workmanship, - reduce waste, - streamline processes, - identify and effectively manage risk, - use of KPI's to achieve continuous improvement, - collaborative working.
