The contract will be divided into two separate categories (referred to as lots):  Lot 1 - Servicing and maintenance of heating systems  Lot 2 - Servicing and maintenance of Ventilation systems - Lot 1 Will be for Heating systems will cover the planned/programme for the servicing, maintenance work and repairs of all the heating and water systems on each site to ensure operational liability. This will either be on a routine or call-out basis. The successful supplier will be required to provide a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for service and a 24 hour 365 days per annum call out facility for urgent repairs. - Lot 2 Will be for Air conditioning and ventilation systems on each site to ensure operational reliability. This will either be on a routine or call-out basis.
