The estimated budget for this work over the period of the contract is around 350,000GDP and the contract shall be 3 years with an option to extend up to further 3 years, reviewed annually. By the time this contract comes around there will be drawings and applications for planning and building will have already been done for an immediate instal project, which will include install of racking and mezzanine floor, joinery, plumbing, electrics and building works. Details of these will be shared at point of publishing the tender.
