The Contract to be offered to the Recommended Bidder at the end of this Procurement will be for a duration of 2 years, which is intended to run from approx. 1st March 2024 (contract start date to be agreed) until approx. 28th February 2026 with the possibility of contract extensions of up to a total of 2 years (4 years in total) As advertised, the anticipated, maximum total contract value (including any potential extensions) is £440,000 (4 years) with an indicative annual value estimated at £110,000 per annum.
