To support the development of the Project through to the final investment decision and then onwards into the construction and operations phases, Xlinks First Limited (Xlinks) is seeking the support of a Client- side Project Management Contractor (PMC). The PMC will work in conjunction with Xlinks and Xlinks’ client team, including the Owner’s Engineer. The PMC’s primary role will be project and commercial management of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and other contracts that Xlinks is currently procuring for the construction phase of the Project. The Owner’s Engineer’s prime role will be technical and quality assurance of the works under the EPC contracts. Xlinks is seeking organisations focused on solving complex engineering and construction delivery challenges to ensure the successful achievement of financial close and delivery of the Project through construction into operations. To commence the procurement process, Xlinks will be hosting an online webinar to describe the process in further detail. Access to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and an invitation to the webinar will be provided once the appropriate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed and returned.
